El apoderado de Fabricato S.A le solicitó a la Corporación aclarar el fallo de la referencia, por existir dudas frente al requisito de inmediatez de la acción de tutela y los efectos de la providencia de tutela.
La Sala Plena encontró que la petición formulada no contenía argumentos fácticos ni jurídicos que permitieran la aplicación del artículo 285 del Código General del Proceso y, por ello, decidió NEGARLA
